Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting Agile delivery processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping teams improve visibility and decision-making through reporting and process analysis.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and organize business and functional requirements.
- Support Agile teams with user stories, backlog organization, and project tracking activities.
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
- Create and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
- Analyze operational or business data to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Support reporting and visualization initiatives using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Assist with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation within Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
Must Have Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or related role within technology environments.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting or dashboards.
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise technology or software development projects.
- Exposure to process improvement or operational analysis initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams.
