Job Summary:
BlinkSwag is looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Business Analyst who can
identify operational gaps, improve workflows, and translate business requirements into
ERP-based technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with different departments,
including Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Management, to optimize
processes and coordinate with the ERP/Development team for automation and system
enhancements.
The candidate must understand both business operations and technical ERP workflows to
bridge the gap between users and developers.
Key Responsibilities
â Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational challenges across
departments.
â Gather business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into detailed ERP
functional and technical documentation.
â Work closely with ERP developers and technical teams to implement system
improvements and automation.
â Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, duplicate work, and manual processes, and propose
scalable ERP solutions.
â Prepare process flow diagrams, SOPs, workflow maps, BRDs (Business Requirement
Documents), and user stories.
â Coordinate ERP modules implementation, testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and
deployment activities.
â Monitor system performance and recommend continuous process improvements.
â Ensure ERP solutions align with the company's operational goals and business growth
strategies.
â Conduct training sessions and provide ERP support to internal teams.
â Collaborate with management to improve reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business
intelligence visibility.
â Assist in data migration, process standardization, and workflow automation initiatives.
â Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new ERP processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
â Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems,
Software Engineering, or related field.
â 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Functional Consultant, or Process
Improvement Analyst.
â Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflow automation, and business process
optimization.
â Experience in translating operational requirements into technical specifications. ()
â Knowledge of process mapping, ERP implementation lifecycle, and workflow
standardization. ()
â Familiarity with inventory, procurement, sales, finance, production, or supply chain
operations is preferred.
â Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
â Ability to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
â Experience with tools such as ERP systems, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics,
Jira, ClickUp, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
â Understanding of workflow automation and business intelligence concepts is a plus. ()
