Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with pharmaceutical industry experience to support digital transformation initiatives and business process optimization projects in Germany. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support testing, UAT, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and business analysis methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of GxP and regulatory compliance standards.
• Fluent English required; German language skills preferred.
