About Position

The successful Business Analyst works to plan and deliver complex enterprise-grade ERP solutions to the Homebuilding industry. The Business Analyst is the bridge that spans our organization and is the hub for planning, communication, and software delivery results.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand their desires, obstacles, and business very well, and to serve as their representative in internal conversations
• Working closely with senior management to convey and negotiate our product strategy, prepare all forms of project progress reports, and deliver presentations
• Communicating and decoding information for stakeholders
• Managing the accounting project team to produce designs, applications, test strategies and results, and the documentation that all stakeholders require upon product release.
• Leading an Early Adopter program, hand-off meetings to internal teams, and implementations to customers
• Caring deeply about user experiences, implementations, and the ongoing operational success that turns a product that customers need, into a product they want for life
• Doing whatever it takes to make the product or service useful, exciting, and successful

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are well understood.
• Conduct basic data analysis and research to support decision-making.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to capture needs.
• Help in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and simple mockups.
• Assist in testing, validation, and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure requirements traceability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and requirement gathering techniques.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose logical solutions.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Excel, Lucid chart, or similar.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.
