What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a talented Business Analyst with Scrum Master / Agile methodology experience to define business requirements, translate business requirements to functional, user, and system requirements, and develop supporting materials such as use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, wireframes, interface system diagrams, and data flows. The ideal candidate will have experience developing business, functional and system user stories and requirements for small and large-scale web applications. They will be a strong team player who is able to work effectively and efficiently, even in high pressure situations.

Additional Responsibilities include:
Support the project team to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions by working with the customer/stakeholders to define and document customer requirements/user stories that will be developed by the development team
Serve as primary contact with the Subject Matter Experts
Work with QA testers and developers to perform system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly. Testing may include both manual and automated testing efforts to include both regression and targeted testing of new software capabilities.
Responsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and any support for defect management during UAT process

More About the Role:

You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or technology related field) or equivalent
3+ years of experience in requirements capture management and analysis activities in all phases of the software development life cycle
3+ years of experience in web application development projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience with Agile Methodology
Experience with Microsoft Visio
Experience with Jira
Experience AWS
Agile or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Pay Range

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
