How you can play a part
The Brisbane Broncos are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our Community and Social Impact team on a 4-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of Australia’s most iconic sporting organisations while contributing to programs that create meaningful outcomes for young people and communities across Queensland.
This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, confidently manage reporting and operational priorities, and bring a fresh perspective to process improvement, workflow optimisation and program analysis.
Reporting to the Head of Community Operations, you will support both day-to-day operations and strategic improvement initiatives across the department. The role is responsible for delivering key reporting requirements, analysing program performance, mapping and improving business processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
This is a hands-on opportunity combining data analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting, project support and continuous improvement - perfect for a Business Analyst who enjoys variety, collaboration and purpose-driven work.
