Due to significant global growth, Kinetic are undertaking a large scale, multi stream program of work designed to transform our technology landscape, create simplified, consistent ways of working, and ensure our future growth plans are underpinned by seamless technology products and processes.
Our Business Analysts are responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and streamline solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
This role will work closely on our Skybus ticketing uplift project - a high profile piece of work at the heart of the Kinetic business.

We operate 40 per cent of buses in Queensland, a third of Melbourne’s bus network, and almost half of bus services in Tasmania.
