Location - Gurugram (On Site)

Are you passionate about corporate actions and taxes (merger, split and dividends) and thorough analysis of It processes and systems? In that case, we might have the right opportunity for you!​ In the Asset servicing in Saxo, we are responsible for analysis, processing and reporting of the corporate actions announcement, elections and processing across the global market. We ensure that we capture the details accurately, update the client portfolio perfectly and ensure that the wealth which investor expects from the issuer reaches to them within time and accurately.​

Responsibilities

  • You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines​
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.​
  • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.​
  • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.​
  • Requirement elicitation.​
  • Functional solution document.​
  • Support to production team.​

Your profile
You will be responsible for analysis, processing and reporting of the corporate action’s announcement, elections and processing across the global market.

  • Overall 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Corporate Actions (Mandatory & Voluntary)​
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry in the asset servicing domain.​
  • Knowledge of Capital Market activities, Financial Products, and Financial Terminologies is a must.​
  • Understanding of the Trade Life Cycle.​
  • Thorough understanding of the complete Software Development Lifecycle.​
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks.​
  • Good communication, good interpersonal skills and coordination activities, self-motivated, and inclination to constantly upgrade on new developments in the industry.​
  • Capability to understand and analyse complex IT applications and financial product structures.​
  • Excellent documentation ability.​
  • Have experience in preparing requirement specifications and translate them into functional requirements and performing UAT.
