Job Description

Business Analyst

CereCore is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team remotely and support HCA Healthcare in coordination efforts related to Expanse implementation activities. This role will focus heavily on stakeholder coordination, meeting facilitation, vendor communication, risk identification, and operational support activities that help drive successful project execution and implementation readiness.

This role is a hybrid of Business Analysis and Project Coordination responsibilities and is ideal for someone with strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions and coordinate cross-functional meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams.
  • Organize, schedule, and lead recurring meetings related to Expanse reporting, integrations, and implementation activities.
  • Document meeting outcomes, track action items, identify risks, and drive follow-up discussions to support timely decision-making.
  • Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and accountability across project activities.
  • Support vendor coordination efforts, including gathering information, refreshing quotes, and assisting with issue and gap tracking activities.
  • Utilize collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Webex, and related meeting technologies to support project coordination activities.
  • This role relies on sound judgment, organization, and communication skills to plan and accomplish goals while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A high degree of professionalism, business acumen, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills is required.
  • Progressively assume ownership of stakeholder meetings to independently facilitate meetings and drive discussions with hospital and operational leaders.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Healthcare Operations, or related support roles.
  • Experience working within a healthcare or hospital environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple meetings, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with operational leaders, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, identify risks, and support collaborative decision-making processes.
  • Experience with meeting coordination tools such as Webex preferred.
  • Experience supporting implementation, operational, or project-based initiatives preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
