Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and prepare reports, presentations, and business insights for management decision-making.
• Support and coordinate strategic projects, business initiatives, and follow-up actions across departments.
• Monitor KPIs, project progress, and operational performance.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support marketing-related activities when required.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system improvements, digital projects, and process automation initiatives.
• Maintain business records, trackers, and confidential documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Support effective communication and coordination between management and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, marketing, or related areas.
• Exposure to working with senior management will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business operations, marketing, and digital systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with high confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
