To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
Lead business analysis for large-scale Finance transformation initiatives impacting Product Control and Financial Control. Own end‑to‑end requirements strategy, from problem definition through solution delivery.
Drive alignment across Product Control, Financial Control, Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders. Translate complex accounting, control, and reporting principles into scalable functional designs.
Provide thought leadership on process simplification, automation, and control optimisation. Own and govern UAT strategy, business sign‑off, and production readiness from a Finance perspective.
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and data impacts and drive timely resolution. Mentor and guide AVP/junior Business Analysts and contribute to BA capability uplift.
CA / MBA with strong Business Analyst leadership experience in Product Control / Financial Control / Finance Change. Deep understanding of finance processes and accounting controls.
Proven experience influencing senior Finance stakeholders. Strong structuring, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities. Ability to balance control requirements with strategic transformation objectives.
Some of Highly Valued Skills may include:
Experience leading finance platform migrations or strategic ledger programmes.
Experience operating in complex, global finance environments.
