To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
Act as Business Analyst on Finance Change programmes spanning Product Control and Financial Control. Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from Product Controllers, Financial Controllers, and related stakeholders.
Translate accounting, control, and reporting requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories. Support process mapping, current‑state analysis, and target operating model design across PC & FC processes.
Partner with Technology teams to support solution design, ensuring correctness of accounting, data flows, and controls. Support and coordinate UAT execution, including test scenarios, test cases, defect management, and business sign‑off.
Assist with implementation planning, cutover support, and post‑go‑live stabilisation. Proactively identify data, control, and operational risks within proposed solutions.
CA/MBA with Business Analyst experience within Product Control / Finance Control technology or any other related Investment Banking technology. Strong requirement‑gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders (Finance, Ops, Technology). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex finance concepts clearly.

Exposure to finance sub‑ledger platforms / finance transformation programmes.
Understanding of controls, reconciliations, or regulatory reporting.
