We areseekingan accomplished and dynamic Business Analystto join our team in Athens(Metamorphosi) In this role,you will support managementlevel decisionmaking by providingaccurateandtimelyinformation on product costing, the commercialportfolioand operations businesscase scenarios.

As part of theFinanceDepartment,you willplay a critical part inanalysingall financial data(actuals,forecastsand budget)so as toprovide Management with useful andaccurateinformation for strategic and tactical decision making and contribute to our ongoing success and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives

  • Prepare costmodel analyses for new products, tenders, and projects

  • Support Business and P&L analysis (actuals, forecast, annual plan/budget, and 3year strategic scenarios)

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Consolidatedata from all departments to drive Financial, Operations, and Commercial analysis and understanding

  • Cooperate with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams toidentifytrends and uncover areas for improvement in key financial indicators

  • Compile sales reports across all business units and channels to highlight performance trends and improvement opportunities

Performance Metrics & Accountability

  • Conduct monthly data analysis tomonitorperformance and ensure accuracy across financial reporting.

  • Perform project financial analysis (tenders, new projects) to assess viability, profitability, and alignment with business goals.

  • Providetimelyandaccurateinsights on product costing, pricing, revenue, and profitability to support managementlevel decisions.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Support the business in implementing systems and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

  • Apply advanced analytical methodologies, including

-Volume, Price, Mix analysis

-Pricing and cost optimization analysis

-Revenue and Profit Bridge analysis

  • Identifyopportunities to enhance reporting processes, analytical tools, and financial modelling capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Finance or Business Economics or Business Analysis or Business and Mathematics

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Business analyst role

  • Postgraduatedegree (MSc) in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Operational Research is considered an asset.

  • Advanced computer skills with strongproficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellentcommandof English language

  • Familiar with digitalization and systems flows
