About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the Legacy Decommissioning Project (LDP) – Statutory Implementation workstream. This role is accountable for the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of assigned statutory subledger scope for Life and Non-Life processes, supporting the successful implementation of FPSL-based statutory accounting capabilities. You will be a key contributor to a high-visibility transformation initiative that directly shapes Swiss Re's finance future.

About the Team
The Finance Platform Transformation team drives the modernization of Swiss Re's finance landscape, replacing legacy solutions with a scalable, integrated platform that strengthens statutory, regulatory, and management reporting capabilities. Within this transformation, the Legacy Decommissioning Project (LDP) delivers critical milestones to safely retire legacy systems while ensuring continuity, control, and regulatory compliance across the finance value chain. The Statutory Implementation workstream focuses on implementing FPSL-based statutory subledger capabilities for Life and Non-Life, covering business requirements, solution validation, testing, and readiness to support on-time milestone delivery for all Swiss Re Legal Entities reporting under local statutory GAAP.
