Analyze and optimize business processes to boost efficiency and user experience.
Gather and document requirements in collaboration with product, tech, and business teams.
Translate needs into clear documentation: user stories, workflows, diagrams.
Support solution scoping, testing, and user validation.
Ensure smooth communication between business and development teams.
Use data and KPIs to support decision-making and suggest improvements.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or tech environments.
Solid understanding of agile and software development processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, etc.
Excellent communication in English and Lithuanian.
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
