Bailey Abbott now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis capability. Our Business Analyst specialists work within an active community of practice, enabling you to benefit from their years of collective experience and wisdom.

As a consulting Business Analyst with Bailey Abbott, you will collaborate with customers across various industries to analyse their business processes, gather requirements, and provide strategic solutions. Your expertise will help our clients optimise their operations, drive growth, and achieve their business goals.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Elicit, document, and analyse complex requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage requirements through their lifecycle, including validation, verification, and traceability
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather critical information and insights
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Drive innovation in business processes, investigating and analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement with the customer

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven track record in consulting roles or a strong aspiration to embody the essence of a genuine Consultant
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in gathering requirements and conducting business process analysis
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
