Grade C, local Nitra

Salary: From 2060 eur monthly, 0-15% yearly bonus, other benefits according JLR rule

Contract: Fixed term (24 months)

THE OPPORTUNITY


The Business Analyst role within Industrial Operations – Digital & Innovation supports JLR’s global manufacturing digitalisation strategy by developing, standardising and continuously improving end‑to‑end “Plan, Buy, Make” processes across all plants. The position collaborates closely with IT and cross‑functional teams, manages change requests, ensures alignment with corporate strategies, and drives process efficiency, quality and compliance. It requires strong analytical, stakeholder management and project‑delivery skills, along with a proactive, resilient, and team‑oriented mindset.
WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Support and deliver operational processes IO, ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives of the area
  • Support the implementation of the strategic plans, working with cross-functional teams to deliver business processes and solutions and ensure that the team is managed effectively with service levels achieved
  • Work on operational processes by supporting stakeholders in ensuring processes achieve efficiencies
  • Submit all change requests the Global change Forum for IO, ensure follow through of requests, ensuring relevant stakeholders are invited and process the outcomes of the forum.
  • Provide feedback to management on a regular basis or on demand on status of Change Request
  • Keep a log and ensure that recorded changes are assessed and delivered
  • Reviewing business change requirements and making sure they are met
  • Working with the relevant IT departments to ensure that Change Requests have robust business cases and are impact assessed and appropriate delivery plans developed.
  • Work with IT to ensure robust tracking of business change requests through to deployment.
  • Gather and understand business requirements and business priorities.
  • Work in line with formal project and change management techniques to ensure on time delivery and achievement of planned outcomes
  • Continuous improvement within the area and support continuous improvement events and activities
  • Support the adherence to compliance of process through the introduction of a range of relevant methodologies, tracking and reporting of these metrics
  • Reviewing business requirements and making sure they are met
  • Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
  • Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
  • Defining Project quality procedures in conjunction with Business Units/Departments and IT Teams
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
  • Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

WHAT YOU´LL NEED

  • Relevant previous experience in Business Processes
  • Experience of collaboration cross functional team working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Sets high standards for written materials and diligently follows them personally and holds others to account to achieve
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Support business initiatives utilizing Project Management expertise
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Serve as the conduit between the business units/departments and IT teams through which requirements flow
  • Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking full ownership and responsibility for own work; fully invested in achieving a successful result.
  • You view things as a team rather than individual project level, considering the wider team needs.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Slovak language is required
