Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and contribute to solution design in collaboration with the solutioning team
• Develop comprehensive documentation covering business requirements and effectively communicate them with relevant stakeholders to support project delivery
• Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and proactively resolve outstanding issues
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and support the timely delivery of projects within scope
• Engage in pre-sales activities and undertake any other tasks as requested by the Line Manager

Person Specification

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software domain
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio, with familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments considered an advantage
• Hold certifications in business analysis such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, which will be considered a plus
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
