The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that drive business value.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Requirements & Analysis

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data models.

🔹 Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on scope and priorities.

Facilitate discussions to resolve requirement gaps or conflicts.

🔹 Solution Support

Collaborate with technical teams during design and development.

Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.

Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.

Assist in change management and user adoption.

🔹 Documentation & Governance

Maintain requirement traceability matrices (RTM).

Ensure proper documentation and version control.

Support compliance, audit, and governance processes where applicable.

Required Skills & Competencies

🔹 Core Skills

Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies

Stakeholder management and facilitation skills

🔹 Technical & Tools

Requirement tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)

SQL basics and data analysis (preferred)

Experience with APIs, integrations, or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) is a plus

Qualifications

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus

💼 Experience

3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (adjustable)

Experience in IT, SaaS, enterprise systems, or regulatory environments preferred
