We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to support business and project initiatives by eliciting requirements, managing analysis activities, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Participate in regular status meetings to connect project activities, identify risks or issues, and track progress.
• 
  Quickly develop subject matter expertise in the collaboration tools supported by the team.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve product issues escalated by end users.
• 
  Understand business strategy and objectives by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
• 
  Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to meet organizational needs.
• 
  Apply business analysis standards, processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices.
• 
  Direct and monitor business analysis activities to ensure traceability and optimal coverage of requirements, including change request backlogs.
• 
  Manage project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, and recommending actions.
• 
  Provide senior management and project stakeholders with regular updates on timelines and project status.
• 
  Proactively respond to business and project issues, escalating when appropriate.
• 
  Contribute to knowledge‑sharing and team collaboration platforms.
• 
  Share best practices internally and externally.

Qualifications

• 
  Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• 
  Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• 
  Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
• 
  Energetic, flexible, and proactive with strong influencing and persuasion skills.
• 
  Proven experience working with cross‑cultural teams and adapting approaches as needed.
• 
  Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
• 
  Comfortable operating within a complex, highly matrixed organization.
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in arts, science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 
  Advanced degree and relevant professional services training are preferred.

Non‑Negotiable Qualifications

• 
  Minimum
  3 years of business analysis experience
  , preferably in a fast‑paced or large global environment.
• 
  Strong communication skills with executive presence.
• 
  Strong research and analytical skills, with confidence in providing insights and recommendations.
• 
  Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly
  PowerPoint and Excel
  , with the ability to create high‑quality, impactful deliverables.
• 
  Ability to understand business challenges and drive change and innovation to improve client experience.
