Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Retail Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, with a proven track record in requirements gathering, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Experience with deposit systems and third-party vendor management (e.g., FIS, Q2) is highly desirable.

Skills

* Candidate with 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Knowledge of Retail Banking Domain / systems

* Should have worked as in interface between Business Teams and Technology/Engineering Teams

* Experience of doing Requirements Validation / UAT

* Experience of working in Loans type applications is an added plus

* Experience of working in Onsite/Offshore Model

* Experience in working with third parties and managing third party issue resolution (e.g. FIS, Q2 systems and person should be able to drive discussions independently, manage system issues with FIS or similar vendors etc)

Defines the methods and the business analysis framework for the business analysis work to be carried out in their projectorprogram together with the client.Additionally performs requirements elicitation and modelling. Performs leadership activities within the project and beyond.
