Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key point of contact for gathering, analyzing, and documenting client business requirements, ensuring mutual clarity and understanding.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to align with project goals.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance, verification, and validation, while recommending enhancements to IT systems and business processes.
• Work closely with team leads and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of business requirements.
• Oversee change requests (CRs) by monitoring progress, facilitating reviews, and securing stakeholder approvals.
• Deliver consistent project updates and maintain clear, timely communication across all relevant parties.

Job requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position supporting both business and IT operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a strong background in working effectively within team-based environments.
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Proven capability to analyze complex issues and independently manage demanding project development tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner, with a consistent ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Skilled in critical thinking and logical analysis, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
