Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corporate banking by optimizing digital onboarding processes and enhancing overall customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate banking products, regulatory compliance, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct thorough requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to understand digital onboarding and corporate banking needs.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for seamless collaboration.
• Design and enhance end-to-end digital onboarding journeys, optimizing KYC, AML, and document collection workflows.
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure onboarding processes meet regulatory standards.
• Support the selection and integration of digital onboarding platforms, leveraging technologies like OCR and e-sign.
• Understand corporate banking products and support digital transformations across channels and back-office functions.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process automation and digitization.
• Create process flows and use cases to support solution design, focusing on efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations and features.
• Prepare UAT plans, test cases, and provide post-production support for successful implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in corporate banking or financial services is a must.
• Hands-on experience with digital onboarding processes and platforms is essential.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, and regulatory requirements in the corporate banking domain.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar BA tools for documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage complex requirements and collaborate with multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in process design, improvement, and workflow automation is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and core banking platforms is a plus.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to driving digital transformation initiatives.
