The Opportunity:

ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analys, who is responsible plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. The Business Analyst will support project teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from initial concept through implementation and post-deployment support.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset to drive process improvements and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

This is a Hybrid role.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Own the complete requirement lifecycle from discovery to sign‑off.
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support change initiatives and solution design.
  • ranslate business needs into clear and concise user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions within Agile teams.
  • Perform data mapping between source and target systems.
  • Act as a primary client‑facing representative for requirement‑related discussions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Support the development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process maps.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and user guides for new systems or enhancements.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and project managers.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across business functions.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and successful delivery.

Who you are:

  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven organization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
  • Demonstrated experience in business requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience conducting UAT and working closely with QA teams.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with core software applications, including Office 365 applications (including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • 2 – 4 years with business analytics solutions (preferably Power BI)
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience SQL programming (Good to have)
  • Experience of ERP and WMS system concepts
  • Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts.
  • Working knowledge of web-based architectures and technologies (i.e. Web 2.0, Forums, Wikis, Social Media, etc.)
  • Understanding of data modeling, process mapping, and workflow design.
  • Awareness of web-based technologies and digital collaboration tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
