Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification – B.E. / B. Tech/ MBA / CAor equivalent.
Working knowledge of Payment infrastructure – SWIFT, SEPA
Working experience of Business Analysis practices within Agile and Waterfall framework

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes,workflowsand systems toidentifyareas for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, designthinkingand documentation.

Perform data analysis to support decision making.
The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordin the field of Business analysis/project management and will havea good levelof experience in hosting workshops based on design thinking techniques/approach.
Some other highly valued skills may include :
Hands-on experience of workflow application and business rules engine.
The candidate should also be aware of using MS Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint with an awareness of SQL.
Experience gained ina previousrole of the following must beevidentrequirementsgathering, analysis and functional design, writing business & technical documentation, writing test cases, test caseexecutionand data analysis.
Prior experience as BA in financial domain, especially customer Onboarding, AML, KYC

This role will be based out of Pune.
