About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and people. This pivotal role sits within our IT and Digital Transformation team and plays a key part in lifting the efficiency, effectiveness, and digital maturity of Pensar.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to uncover opportunities, design fit‑for‑purpose solutions, and deliver digital initiatives that genuinely improve the way we work. Just as importantly, you’ll champion change while ensuring solutions are adopted, embedded, and delivering real value.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple business units to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs for delivery teams.
  • Develop and present business cases for proposed solutions, including ROI, benefits, and implementation considerations.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Project Management

  • Plan, deliver, and monitor IT and digital projects from concept through to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resourcing, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular progress updates.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.

Change Management & User Adoption

  • Design and implement effective change management strategies to support smooth project rollouts.
  • Build strong engagement and buy‑in through clear, timely communication.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and supporting documentation.
  • Measure adoption and success, using feedback to refine and improve solutions.

About You

You’re analytical, adaptable, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels. You balance strategic thinking with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset and are comfortable managing both people and priorities.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a hybrid Business Analysis and Project Management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Experience in process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
  • Solid project delivery experience with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Practical experience in change management and driving user adoption.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Industry experience in construction, engineering, utilities or infrastructure will be highly regarded.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar).
  • Business Analysis certification (IIBA or equivalent).
