We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Entry-Level Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in a leading financial organization. Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional
specifications.
3. Support the creation of process maps and workflows usng MS Visio or other process mapping tools.
4. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
5. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation throughout the Software
Development Life Cycle (SLDC)
6. Support process engineering intiatives to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
7. Provide support during the implementation of new systems and processes.
8. Assist Transformation Project Managers in project implementation
9.Coordinate with Department Business Analyst/Project Managers for Business Impact Analysis.
