We are introducing a new Product Operating Model that formalises how business and compliance requests move through intake, discovery, and IT handover. As part of this structural shift, we are hiring Business Analysts who will own the quality gate layer — the critical bridge between stakeholder intent and implementation-ready product specification.

The BA is a core role within the Product Operations team: you will triage incoming BRDs, assess their completeness, coordinate with Domain PMs during discovery, and author final PRDs that meet a strict IT-defined standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Intake & Quality Gate

• Review and triage all incoming Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Assess BRD completeness against defined standards before requests enter Product Discovery
• Return incomplete submissions with clear, documented feedback via Jira
• Ensure Business Value Scoring and Compliance Confirmation are present in every submission

Discovery phase

• Collaborate with Product Managers during discovery to clarify scope, edge cases, and stakeholder intent
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and the Product team when clarification is needed
• Track request status in Jira and maintain visibility across all active items in your domain

PRD Validation & IT Handover

• Validate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to IT's defined specification standard
• Document user journeys (happy and unhappy paths), BPMN/UML flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Additional Responsibilities:

Define functional requirements, non-functional requirements (performance, security, LGPD/GDPR), and API contracts

• Coordinate backoffice journey documentation, BI tracking events, notification logic, and access/dependency mapping
• Validate Definition of Ready before handing over to engineering: design approved, ACs complete, dependencies mapped, content final

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent in a digital product environment
• Proven ability to write structured requirements documentation to engineering standards (user stories, acceptance criteria, flows)
• Hands-on experience with Jira for task management and status tracking
• Strong written communication in English — able to document complex logic with precision and clarity
• Comfort working across functional boundaries: business stakeholders, product managers, engineering, QA, compliance
• High attention to detail — able to spot logical gaps, missing edge cases, and undefined states in a specification

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated digital industries

• Exposure to Figma or similar design tools for reviewing and referencing UI/UX assets
• Experience with BI requirements, analytics event tracking, or data-layer specification

• Familiarity with LGPD, GDPR, or other data privacy frameworks
