The Business Analyst will be the driving force behind our continued growth and success. Responsibilities:
•Understand user requirements and familiarize with existing Products, Systems & Services offered by the company.
•Develop a technical approach for analyzing and designing applications.
•Translate business needs into technical requirements, identify technology gaps, and design appropriate solutions.
•Communicate effectively to interact with clients and stakeholders.
•Analyze the impacts based on the existing system and new business approaches.
•Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis.
•Apply structured analytical approaches with strong documentation skills.
•Use reasoning and problem-solving skills for both business and technical issues.
•Build, interpret, and validate Architectural, System, and Process diagrams with the support of AI-powered tools.
•Create functional requirement documentation and assist technical analysts with estimations.
•Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Development, etc.) to prepare analysis and documentation for new prospects.
•Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
•Leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-based requirement gathering, automated workflow analysis tools, AI Mockups etc.) for:
oAccelerating requirement gathering and documentation.
oAutomating competitive and market analysis.
oGenerating mockups, user stories, and acceptance criteria faster.
oSupporting decision-making with AI-driven data insights.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field, or MBA.
•Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or a related IT field.
•Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
•Hands-on experience with AI-assisted BA tools.
•Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
•Strong presentation and communication skills.
•Ability to document requirements into backlogs as user stories.
•Experience creating proposals, timelines, and delivering presentations.
•Proficiency in creating flowcharts and diagrams using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Whimsical, Draw.io or AHA.
•Hands-on experience with Figma, Visly, Uizard etc. for mockups and prototypes.
•Experience in competitive analysis and strategic recommendations.
•In-depth knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
•Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Proactive follow ups to remove bottlenecks.
•High adaptability and ability to balance diverse stakeholder priorities.
•Accelerating requirement gathering and documentation.
•Automating competitive and market analysis.
•Generating mockups, user stories, and acceptance criteria faster.
•Supporting decision-making with AI-driven data insights.
