Job Objective:
You will be in charge of the development and operation of our contract management system (Guidewire) on the business side (as a member of the contract management department, not the IT department).
Specifically, you will meet with related departments (contact center, product department, sales department, etc.) to formulate business requirements for the introduction of new products and services, and finalize the development content with the IT department.
You will also test the developed system to confirm that it has been developed according to the business requirements. Even outside of the project, you will meet with related departments to analyze, plan, and propose issues, and coordinate with stakeholders such as IT and business, and lead improvement activities to resolve those issues.

Responsibility:

3. Analysis of various data related to contract management
- Extraction of data from contract management data (AWS RedShift) using SQL
- Visualization of various data using BI tools (AWS Quick Site)
4. Resolve system failures when they occur
5. Analyze the cause of system failures together with the IT department and develop 6. solutions
7. Identify the extent of impact on customers through data analysis
8. Discuss customer responses with the customer response department
