Responsibilities And Duties

• Analyze the business using a variety of techniques and initiatives of varying scope document requirements and develop business process.
• Support in translating business requirements into a solution
• Support in identifying potential solution alternatives and validating solution options.
• Support to secure alignment to governance, best practices, business processes and implement recommended tools and methods
• Work proactively with continuous improvements to achieve zero work blockage for users
• Understand the structure, relationship and business rules of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Can elicit, analyze, validate, consolidate and prioritize business and systems requirement with Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree
• Having experience as Business analyst, Business consultant in Embedded software domain.
• Experience and knowledge about Electrical, Electronics and Embedded Software development process.
• Experience and knowledge about Electrical, Electronics and Embedded Software development solutions and tools.
• Respond to and manage change well.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Understand culture difference and diversity, good team player, teamwork.
• Ability to drive for results and ensure accountability of tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to change.

• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing domain
• Experience with ECU and Embedded Software domain and related solutions
• Experience with solutions which are used to develop ECU and Embedded Software and related solutions
• Experience with CICD systems and Agile world
