- Lead ERP System implementation
- Lead on gathering requirements from stakeholders
-Review and advise on current business processes/systems analysis
-Lead on functional requirements development
-Lead on solutions design and create technical requirements
-Lead on Testing and implementing system solutions
-Manage ERP Operation support
- Manage and control on system setup and confiugration for new store/outlet setup.
-Manage and control on Master Data Controller (MDC) and System promotion setup.
-Lead on system training and support to users.
-Review and improve on system operation support.
-Lead and initial ERP System improvement.
- Advise and analyze on areas for improvement.
-Control and review procedures to improve the existing systems.
-Lead on hardware/software assessment and providing recommendations for improvements.
*Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 2+ years experience in system development
Experience in enterprise database design and DBMS
- Experienced with any ERP and CRM System
Analytical Thinking
- Understanding of F&B business acumen, especially in restaurant hospitality
- Knowledge of Finance/Accounting concept
- Knowledge of agile software development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English
