Exquisite Software is looking to expand our
Business Solutions Analyst team.
What you will do:
As a team member of the Business Solutions Analyst team. Primary function is to take direction from
management, objectively look at processes that have outlived their life
cycle, identify process gaps that institutionalize inefficiency, while
monitoring, testing and implementing enhancements from beginning to end.
The position will have authority to work across teams, departments and
provide information to management that will include various ways to
create efficiency, in order to automate and speed up business processes.

customer service and maintain high ethical standards when serving our
clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and monitor Default Reporting for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, USDA and VA
- Liaison and owner between lines of business and IT to drive projects forward
- Hold regular meetings to provide status update to management
- Single point of contact for lines of business and IT regarding any technology enhancements and questions
- Coordinate with training, job coaches, lines of business for UAT for technology request completions
- Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
- Elicits,
captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business
requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software
documentation across teams and departments via approved processes. - Analyzes,
refines, articulates and documents business technology requirements,
user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation and deliver
to IT formally via approved processes. - Working collaboratively
with business and subject matter experts to map and document current and
future processes, testing and monitoring, from end to end. - Monitor and report back on all successes and opportunities for ongoing Technology and process enhancement requests.
- Identify
failure points and integration opportunities across business lines and
functional areas to improve service consistency, quality, and
consumer/client experience/process improvement opportunities. - Assist in development of workflow platforms.
- Translate
complex information into defined into concise, readable and unambiguous
language for project objectives that can be commonly understood by
varied audiences. - Define project timelines, assess resource
needs, and manage execution according to an action plan and Manages
requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintains
professional industry knowledge by attending educational workshops,
reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks,
benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in
professional societies.
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- 4+
years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project
management, process improvement, reporting analyzation, analytics, or
modeling. - Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical
procedures, government regulations as well as interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and/or schedule form. - Ability to manage and drive change in a fast paced environments.
- Able to lead with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage servicing process and industry.
- Working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, GLBA, UDAAP, state licensing regulations, and any other pertinent regulations.
- Must be able to communicate technical ideas effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Computer and Software Competencies:
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel (advanced knowledge),
Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook) or ability to learn quickly. - Strong experience with MSP mortgage servicing system and mortgage terminology.
Education:
Bachelor’s
Degree in a business-related field or a combination of education and
required minimum of five (4) years’ experience in default servicing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,600.00 - $81,500.00 per year
