About this Role

• Analyze client business requirements, combine market trends with data analysis, and propose targeted business solutions.
• Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge management through Confluence, enhancing team communication efficiency and work outcomes.
• Utilize BPMN for business process modeling and analysis, optimizing business processes.
• Serve as a Scrum Master, driving the implementation of agile project management, ensuring efficient team collaboration and rapid response to changes.
• Lead and manage the execution of UAT, ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of testing.
• Oversee the development and execution of UAT test plans, coordinating testing resources, and ensuring testing progress and quality align with project requirements.
• Track and analyze UAT test results, promptly identifying and resolving issues, ensuring the integrity and stability of solutions.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, information technology, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or solution design, with team management experience preferred.
• Proficient in using JIRA for project management and task tracking to ensure smooth project progress.
• Proficient in using Confluence for team collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance team efficiency.
• Familiar with BPMN for optimizing and improving business processes.
• Possess experience and skills as a Scrum Master to drive the implementation of agile project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other departments.
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking, able to independently think and judge, and propose innovative business solutions.
• This job requirement combines skills in business analysis, solution design, project management, UAT execution, and the use of specific tools, suitable for candidates who possess both business analysis capabilities and project management and UAT execution experience.
