About the Role
We're seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, analyse data, and recommend improvements that align with the companies strategy and operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and user sessions
- Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Create clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective solutions
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and IT
- Support project delivery, UAT testing, training, and change management
What You Bring
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Experience with MS Excel, Visio, and business documentation tools
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, data analysis, and SQL
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
- Understanding of SDLC is an asset
