About the Role:We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role is responsible for analyzing business systems and user needs, developing reporting solutions, and supporting business information systems. The Business Analyst will work closely with business and IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities, improve processes, and deliver insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports that support Order‑to‑Cash, operational performance, KPI tracking, business insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze business system requirements and operational objectives by gathering data, defining output needs, and determining the most effective reporting formats.
  • Document business use cases through workflow charts, system capability reviews, requirements gathering, and specifications for system enhancements.
  • Interpret and analyze data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Produce accurate, repeatable, and actionable reporting that highlights business trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and controlled access for relevant business users.
  • Partner with IT teams to design self‑service, interactive reporting environments that enable business teams to monitor performance, predict outcomes, and take informed actions.
  • Translate Business Intelligence requirements into effective data models for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI analytics, scripts, and reporting solutions.
  • Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform or related digital tools.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Business Analysis, data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and report creation.
  • Experience working with operational data, KPIs, workflow processes, and business reporting requirements.
  • Ability to document business needs, translate requirements, and support system improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality reporting.


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SQL, AI, digital automation, or related technologies are considered an advantage but not required.
