Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team based at our head office in Andover.
This role will involve documenting, analysing, and challenging existing manufacturing processes to support a major systems change programme. You will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, aligning data and systems, and translating operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.
As a Business Analyst, you will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:15, Friday 08:30 to 13:30. This is a permanent position. Hybrid working arrangements can be discussed, with an expectation of two to three days per week in the Andover office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, inquisitive, and passionate about driving process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, it is essential that you have previous experience working as a Business Analyst within a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP systems, BI tools such as Looker, or platforms such as IFS and Creatio would be desirable.
