Engage directly with end users and internal stakeholders that represent end users (e.g., sales, service, clinical applications & regional product owners) as a part of requirements gathering.
Translate user needs, market insights, and stakeholder input into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA, planned 3 sprints ahead.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinic Connect, Shared Services, HDS, RMDS, Legal, and Compliance.
Review and provide feedback on test cases and test runs prepared by Test Leads.
Support early estimation of Epics and Stories with the Product Manager.
Serve as a day‑to‑day contact for Engineering on requirement clarifications.
Support the Product Manager in ensuring team deliverables align with product vision and stakeholder expectations.
