• Managing daily operations and service delivery to ensure performance aligns with service level agreements, policies, and business objectives
• Leading operational teams through staffing, scheduling, performance management, and coaching
• Implementing operational processes, controls, and improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Overseeing issue resolution, escalations, and customer impacts across assigned operations
• Monitoring operational performance metrics, capacity, and resource utilization
• Partnering with cross-functional leaders to improve end-to-end service execution
