Join COSMOTE Global Solutions as a Business Analyst and play a central role in transforming business needs into effective technology solutions.

• Analyse IT systems and ensure clear understanding of requirements within the project team
• Gather and validate requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Provide input on low-level design and solution patterns
• Conduct business risk analysis
• Maintain and update traceability matrices
• Define specifications for system integrations and technical components
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure proper implementation
• Support user and administrator training

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Scrum or another Agile framework
• Strong experience in business and IT systems analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence and modelling tools such as Sparx EA
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology
• Good understanding of relational databases
• Ability to apply architectural principles and modelling techniques
• Experience in testing, documentation, training, deployment, and reporting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams and multicultural environments
