Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Requirements Analysis and Testing throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide coordination, accounting, planning, and administration functions.
  • Provide business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis, planning, and controlling funding and its allocation. These functions include business process analysis to describe and define business and operational controls and processes.
  • Provide support to the business and management elements of logistics support.
  • Lead project meetings and coach Development Team Members in Agile environment.
  • Manage and create project plans using Jira.
  • Provide monthly Reports and updates to Release Notes.
  • Document feedback and provide technical support for team members regarding connecting to FAA Networks.
  • Manage projects from start to finish in the lifecycle; requirements gathering to Deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management, plus 15 years of relevant experience is REQUIRED.
  • PMP certification is REQUIRED.
  • AWS Cloud certification is REQUIRED.
  • Experience using Jira to manage projects.
  • Expert knowledge of the following methodologies: Agile Scrum and Agile environment.
  • Candidates who are Non-Immigrant Aliens (not a U.S. Citizen) or an Immigrant Alien (U.S. Permanent Resident-Green Card Holder) must have resided in the U.S. for a minimum of three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
