Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Metrics:
• Spearheading requirement elicitation for intricate projects.
• Setting, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators for products.
• Driving business process improvements and proposing system changes.
• Championing the product vision across cross-functional teams.
• Engaging in advanced data analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Creating detailed product roadmaps based on strategy and feedback.
• Leading agile ceremonies, ensuring the team's alignment with product goals.
• Proactively identifying market trends and adjusting product backlog.
• Managing stakeholder communications for multiple projects.
• Implementing and refining BA methodologies and best practices.
Scaling Expectations:
• Demonstrated ownership of product vision.
• Has involved in tasks related to Agile methodologies such as creation of User Stories and
using tools like Jira
• Effective leadership in agile ceremonies.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong ability to negotiate and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Continuous learning and adaptation to market trends.
Expected Certifications:
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional): Recognition of experienced
professionals in business analysis.
• PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Owner I): Demonstrates a fundamental level of
Product Owner expertise.

Skills Required:
BBA/MBA (preferable Finance domain)
Should have experience as product owner
