KONE Finance professionals are responsible for corporate controlling and reporting, treasury, taxes, investor relations, as well as finance development. We support our business colleagues by driving a financially sound business direction and providing relevant intelligence for decision-making. We are looking for a

Business Analyst

to join our dynamic global Financial Planning and Analysis team.

The position is located in Espoo, Finland and the preferred start would be in April 2026.

Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Supporting our Business Controllers with monthly reporting activities

• Providing insights and cross-functional expertise to support business finance decision making

• Performing information gathering and business analysis/modelling

• Supporting the global FP&A team with the financial forecasting and planning process

• Supporting the development of our global Finance BI tool

Requirements for the role:

• 3+ years of relevant working experience. Your field can be e.g. Finance, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering – as long as you “tick the box” in the other categories.

• Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

• Fully fluent in English

• Basic knowledge of Power Platform Tools, AI technologies and data analytics

• Proactive way of working and self-reliance in interacting with stakeholders

• Can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
