The purpose of this role is to bridge business and development teams by collecting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into clear and actionable inputs for the development team. The Business Analyst ensures alignment between business needs and technical solutions, supporting developers and QA throughout the entire software development lifecycle to deliver a high-quality product to end users.
Translate business ideas into well-structured requirements
Formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements
Digest complex requirements and convert them into acceptance criteria
Coordination of requirements with the business stakeholders
Interaction with the development team
Development and maintenance of the documentation
Planning and monitoring of the BA process and activities
Russian B2, both written and oral
English B1, both written and oral
3+ years of hands-on experience in BA activities
Proven business and systems analysis skills with the ability to translate input into well-structured requirements
Experience with 1C software
Experience with projects related to development, accounting, and business applications
Good knowledge of the main notations of visual modelling
Sufficient knowledge and experience in Agile-based methodologies
Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to go the extra mile
Good understanding of technologies and principles of building modern web applications
