Business Analyst

About Our Client:

Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:
- Represent the firm professionally in correspondences with stakeholders.
- Support the subscription and redemption processes.
- Participate in sales and client servicing efforts, including data entry, analysis, reporting, arranging meetings/trips, and conducting market research.
- Assist with the production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Help with ad-hoc investor requests and enquiries, such as DDQ.

Compliance:
- Provide support to risk management, compliance, and legal matters.
- Handle selected tasks, including account opening, regulatory filing, license application, and compliance approvals.
- Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Participate in process-enhancement projects with stakeholders.
- Assist with transaction due diligence, legal document review, and vendor/system onboarding.

Operations:
- Support operational tasks including trade confirmation, reconciliation, settlement, NAV calculation, risk reporting, and corporate actions.
- Draft and update operational policies and procedures.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
