Our Carrier Integrations Team (CIT&SAPI) ensures Clients can access reliable, scalable, and compliant carrier options by building and maintaining the technical connections that move millions of parcels each year.

As a Business Analyst in CIT, you will translate carrier requirements, API capabilities, and operational rules into clear product and technical specifications. You will be a key link between carriers, product, engineering, and operations - helping Rebound bring new carriers to market, improve integration quality, and expand our service footprint worldwide.

What Carrier Integrations Enable at Rebound

  • Connect merchants to 300+ carrier services through standardized, scalable APIs
  • Map carrier-specific rules, labels, barcodes, tracking events, and routing logic into Rebound’s platform
  • Ensure compliance with local operational processes and data formats
