The successful candidate will have proven experience translating business needs into functional software requirements, ideally within Forex and/or iGaming environments, and will work closely with product and technical teams on a high-impact CRM platform.

About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and evolving a mission-critical CRM platform used by Forex and iGaming operators. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with operational needs, regulatory requirements, and product strategy. Your work will directly impact usability, compliance, and scalability of a high-performance SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for CRM features
Translate broker workflows into clear system requirements and user stories
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout delivery
Document integrations with trading platforms, PSPs, KYC/AML, and affiliate systems
Support regulatory requirements, UAT, and post-release validation
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Act as a key link between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software environments
Experience with CRM platforms in Forex and/or iGaming
Strong understanding of broker operations and client lifecycle
Experience in Agile/Scrum and SaaS environments
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with MT4/MT5, iGaming or trading platforms, payments or PSP integrations, BI/reporting tools, UX collaboration, or affiliate systems, preferably in regulated or international environments.
