FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale.

We just launched FlowX.AI 5.0 with 140+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.

Mission

We are looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable stories and solutions, while contributing to cutting-edge GenAI initiatives.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on delivering value through analysis, Agile practices, and process optimization.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Work on complex projects (ideally BPM) for clients in financial services and beyond, translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure smooth delivery of project tasks.
• Review and prioritize work items, ensuring quality and completeness of requirements.
• Support project teams in clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, workflows, and user stories for future reference.
  
  

Very likely you can be successful if you have

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and exposure that involve heavy use of GenAI.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• The ability to own, when needed, the end-to-end solution scope during implementation, ensuring alignment between business requirements, product capabilities, and delivery constraints.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and propose actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• BA certification (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.
• Experience working in a project management or delivery capacity.
