We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice, with a strong focus on solution design, requirements definition, and implementation support across leading CLM platforms. This role is critical in translating business needs into scalable, efficient, and user-centric contract management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and functional requirements related to CLM.
· Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities across CLM implementations.
· Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
· Conduct data analysis, gap assessments, and process optimisation recommendations.
· Assist with training, change management, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong knowledge of CLM platforms, including Ironclad, Icertis, SirionLabs, and DocuSign CLM.
· Demonstrated experience working within CLM transformation projects or digital contracting programmes.
· Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-engagement capabilities.
· Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
· Familiarity with legal operations, procurement, or contract processes is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
· Hands-on experience with Ironclad is highly preferred and will be given priority.
· Exposure to CLM integrations, workflow design, or contract data migration is a plus.
