Title: Business Analyst

Job Site: Attica, Ohio

Duties:

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
• Perform data analytics and creates reports using SQL
• Work on technology business projects to meet specific requirements and define business needs
• Defines business architecture and functional design
• Create specifications from which programs will be written, e.g. use cases, sequence diagrams, process flows
• Define product objectives and requirements. Defines specifications and data models for product development and testing.
• Conduct functional walkthroughs with various stakeholders.
• Research and document Bank needs, technology or regulations related to system design, enhancement and acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications.
• Analyze system impacts to other systems and procedures.
• Devise and/or modifies software processes and design specifications to solve complex technical problems related to payment processing.
• Write test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements made to applications meet Bank needs and application integrity is maintained.
• Conduct a variety of tests such as system testing, user acceptance testing.
• Conduct tests using Bank data to be certain that Bank needs will be met.
• Guide the technical team on the functional requirements and debugging as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or its equivalent)
• Total 12 months of experience in IT required , to include:

• Developing system components using C#, HTML, and CSS code
• Programming essential surveys and computer-based learning modules using HTML, .NET, C#, SQL and JavaScript
• Testing and operation of new and existing system components

• Essential travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the same metropolitan area.
• Required Certifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • Sigma Sigma Yellow Belt Professional
  • Google Analytics
  • Snowflake (Fundamentals or otherwise)

Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time

Salary: $81,702 / year
